Hi, I'm new here I tried using the free version, and when i embed it in my company website (local nextjs project), the response time is very slow, sometimes it return nothing ( it keep showing the moving 3 dots) I want to ask, wil the response time the same in production? I mean, i don't know if what I tried already a production or still in development mode I also need to know the price for using cloud Or, will I have better response time if I host it by myself?

Might be because you don't have a fallback for your KB, when it can't find an answer

I have the same issue, and I don't think its a Fallback issue, the bot is replying back but taking longer to reply, can anyone help here ?
