Is there anyone who can help me solve this problem? I have a simple bot that checks knowledge base and answers on the bases of it. When I test directly at the knowledge base it pulls out the answer but when I ask the same question through the emulator it just cannot find the answer. I've also attached the workflow diagram as well. I need help from someone who knows how to solve this problem.
