Hi, working for a client who is active in multiple languages. We would like to use the translation agent to make this go smoothly. But noticed it will also translate jargon to these weird local translations. Is there a way to exclude words or customize the translator prompt? This will greatly improve the bot and make it more natural sounding in foreign languages 🙂

I think trying variables for those words will be helpful

Yes, it would be great to have something like Deepl's Glossary feature (https://support.deepl.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021634540-About-the-glossary-feature) or better yet -- support 3-rd party translation APIs.

Any other way besides translation agent to make the bot reply in a certain language? Preferably same language as the user query/chat
