It seems that even one perfect example (both the example question and a perfectly formatted answer) in **'AI Task: Task Examples' **gives a good result, and it starts to follow orders. More examples might be even better.
Also, by providing all the necessary variables in AI Task Input (both users question and raw answer from Knowledge Base), the chatbot has no chance to perform poorly anymore.
