04/09/2024, 3:24 PMHi guys, my first client wants a knowledge chatbot which is pretty straight forward i guess but the complication is the knowledge base will be case studies of work they have done with past clients. The client is concerned some other sensitive information will need to be pertected and I'm not sure how to handle that. Does it involve going through all the pdf's and deleting info? No sure the client even knows for sure what info may be confidential. Wondering if anyone has advice from previous experience, many thanks
