Hello, I want to know if anyone have experienced integrating Botpress with Zendesk, and use it in Telegram. I done very step in the tutorials and it works fine for the most part, however when Zendesk closed the ticket, Botpress doesn't seem to alert the end user about it. Do anyone have experienced on this? Thank you so much.
