I watched Gordy's video on "Webchat Triggers" and now I want to do some testing so I can pass some variables to my chat via a landing page. In the video Gordy says his chatbot was publishes, does the chatbot need to be published to test this process? Thanks! Tony

It does need to be published! By publishing it you are making the updated bot logic available to the webchat script!
