I can't figure out what I've done wrong. Basic setup. Collect response into variable, AI transition set to categorize this variable, categories provided, each has some dummy text in the next node to test it out, nothing seems to happen. How to debug? Hey there, It seems like your categories are extremely long. If you want to describe them that well, then you should use the AI Task. Else try and use categories in the AI Transition. There's also always the Intent, if you prefer them. Here is a video on AI Transitions

In the video he seemed to suggest that the categories could be very granular, but I could not find any best practice about how long or short or whatever. I'll try them much simpler, then look at AI task. It can be set up to accomplish a similar branching function from the response? Thanks!
