Cool. I'm also an OG Shopify operator. Let me jog your memory with a hypothetical. Because I'd think they're both tied for equal. Let's assume returns/exchanges can (lead to or) accompany sales which benefit from recommendations; and a return/exchange that's done well (low friction), increases the likelihood of repeat business. Take an example using a shoe store. Let's say a first-time customer orders a two new pairs of shoes and gets them but one is the wrong color (merchant error) and doesn't fit well (assume the other pair is cool). They come back to get an exchange for a different pair of shoes in a similar style to a pair of shoes they already own. The shop wants a photo to verify there was a mistake made during fulfillment (wrong color shipped) and the user wants to share a photo to get recommendations for new shoes. That's potentially 2 photos: proof of fail and similar shoe. Hope that helps 😊
