Yeah they often are, I'm not normally as pushy only because I have to get this demo ready within 2 days, and I am paying for a stack account to get this to them and then will have to turn that into a paid account, so I don't want any issues with it which I am currently having. I will try find the community support feature on my paid account thanks @fresh-fireman-491
