I see, Thanks Decay. This has been a recurring issue which I have brought up every 4 months and I have done posts in help with no avail and no response. It's a bit of a pain, once I sign this client I will probably switch to the team plan to ensure this is no longer an issue if they have livechat support. Botpress team is normally great I just normally struggle to get a fast response in the help section.
