I have a few questions: I'm not familiar with coding, can I still use Botpress? Do I have to use Botpress v12? I'm not quite sure about its features. My goal is to build chatbots for WhatsApp, specifically for clinics' customer service and scheduling. I couldn't find much information about integrations, like with spreadsheets. I saw mentions of Trello and other tools, but I'm not sure how to use them. It seems like there might be a lack of tools for what I need.
