Hey there Darren👋 welcome back! Using a website as a KB source is not perfect, although Botpress have done an amazing job with it! I usually have to add some information that it missed, looks like its the same issue here. Adding something like a FaQ is a good start. This FaQ can contain the question that it can't answer. It could of course also be an issue with the source, so you should check if it indexed all of the pages.
