The max timeout is 1440 minutes (1 day), but I can't have the bot restarting as my users need their spots saved in the conversation flow. Is there a way to get around this? Thanks!!

Hi Decay. Thanks for the response. Their place in the conversation flow. I don’t want them to have to restart at the beginning of the flow every 24 hours of no interaction. Please let me know if you know I can do go about doing so.

Nope because the whole thing is I don’t want the user to have to log in again. But botpress has a max timeout of 1 day

correct me if I am wrong, but timeout happens only when the bot is waiting for user input, so if your last message isn't something like a capture card, you might be able to keep avoid triggering the timeout flow, meaning the conversation will stay as is, if you set your bot to save conversation history. But im not sure if this logic is correct 🤔
