Hi team, Could you please tell me that if we can get the transcripts of the ongoing chat in simple format like Bot : user : Bot : I dont want the event.state.session.history cause it contains so much info that causes problem for longer flows if we feed that as an input to AI tasks

You can use the summary agent for this. It stores a summary of the conversation and a transcript
