Thanks so much for helping! but the problem is that the limit of uploading video is limited to 10MB, so I want to embed youtube link to the chatbot by adding custom code block, if you could help me with that I would be very happy! cause I am struggling with this since days

You can also upload it to a 3rd party host like AWS and use the Mp4 file URL

I agree with devmik, it is the best idea so far thanks it is a huge progress, but if you could please tell me why the video player appears in the chatbot but is not openning even I used AWS as you mentioned
