for the botpress knowlegebase option to use a url or a website. does it store changes to the url content or do I have to resubmit the url - e.g. say knowledgebase or help center pages. we'd like to put that as an option but would like to know whether changes to our kb would be pulled with into our botpress chatbot so users could get the most updated response.
