Hello everyone! Over the past few weeks, I've been working on creating my bot on BotPress. It's almost complete, but a recurring issue is that my bot doesn't remember the previous chats. For example, I have a question-and-answer type chat. The bot is designed to gather information and assist users in finding what they need. However, whenever the bot asks a question, and the user responds, the bot replies with something completely unrelated. I've followed the instructions in the video and set up the AI Task to help it remember, but it doesn't seem to be working! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

It was the first one! Conversational Memory (like chatGPT) I am also using the knowledge agent.

And are you having a hard time with the knowledge agent or with the AI Task or both?

Both it seems! Perhaps I'll start a new bot, so I can keep track of what I'm doing...

I have found it to work nicely with memory. Could you share an example of it not working when it should work
