generally speaking most business numbers are not made specficallly to serve as an OutBound/InBound automation number, Id really encourage to use a specific number for that and just customize the message. Alternatively you can probably set-up a proxy inside Twillio that uses the original phonenumber (but again wouldn't recommend as you don't want this number to be flooded).
