if its that I've tried to remove all and it said its updated, after i did that i i scrolled down and saw it was the same and did not cancel anything.

hey @nice-pizza-22344 - quick update: I can confirm your cancellations went through!
there's just a visual bug indicating your old plan on your dashboard
but you'll see that on May 31, you'll receive a final invoice from Botpress in the amount of 0$ 🙂
finally - just out of curiosity - can I ask why you cancelled? was Botpress not serving your needs?
