The whatsapp integration is working, but the "start conversation" it's not. I've created 2 different massages templates that Meta approved, but the card simply do not find the template with that name. It works to the default "hello_world" message template, but to the others do not. I've already checked if I'm creating the template on the right workspace and account. Did you try setting the template language in Botpress to match what you have in your Meta template?

Yeah, I already did. I'll try to create a template in English and Portuguese tomorrow to see if anything changes

do your templates have different variable structures? did it work to send both?
