Vector DB Storage still showing as full

Hi, so similarly to a thread opened 3mths ago, I only have 1 bot, and I have cleared the KB and even deleted it, but it's been many days now and it still shows the Vector DB Storage 100% warning on my workspace... (100MB free plan) and I'm unable to upload a new KB aswell, as I looked around and some said it's a visual bug. I'm really looking for a solution as redoing the entire bot on another workspace is gonna be hell... 😭

Could you open a new fresh template and import your bot to check if there really isn't any hidden data ?

just a quick note - you can export bot files and then import them into new workspaces
so transferring a bot over to a new workspace shouldn't be a problem, in theory
but yes, do also do as Remo said!

I can send the bpz file if u can check for hidden data that i'm incapable of deleting

when you say other account, can you clarify what you mean?
what happens when you create a new workspace?

I exported and imported the project to a completely new user with a different email, but it maxes out the KB usage on that account too

Did you find any solution? I also have only one bot, with an empty DB, but it is written that I'm using 67% of the 100MB free plan. I don't understand and I can upload only small pdf files (that not oversizes the limit storage of 33%).

Can you do the following: make a fresh bot, check its KB usage than to see if its empty, upload your previous Bot template (export > import) . When you do this does your KB still indicates its at 67% ?
