Hey there are you sending these as images or you are pulling up an image url and displaying it in an image card?

I’m not sure if it’s the right thing I did but I uploaded images on my faq airbnb pdf to the knowledge base so that the bot can respond with images when a user asks for images

if they are in a pdf that might be tricky for the bot to extract. You can store the images in AWS or Supabase Storage or an S3 bucket then you collect that url to the image and save it in a table you should be able to extract the image url from the table when needed and send it via an image card
