How can I configure the intentional timeout, so that at a certain stage it is forwarded to the correct and specific flow and not the general one. Example: as soon as the customer clicks on the make an appointment button, I want them to be sent to the timeout flow within 5 minutes asking if they made the appointment. And another timeout for those who haven't reached that point.
