How long should it take between uploading something new to the KB and for the bot to know that content? I've uploaded webpages and pdfs but the bot doesn't seem to be able to find that information. The 'Ask Question' doesn't seem to return any results either. The older content I've added seems to be indexed fine. There used to be a way of viewing the content that had been uploaded... where did that feature go? Is there any way of knowing if websites/pdfs have been indexed correctly?

Hey there Wex, You should be able to see it in the Knowledge base. It will have a blue loading animation while its indexing the website and files, but it will show green once its done, then you should be good to go. You should also be able to see which pages were indexed from the website, and see the chunks from your PDFs by clicking on the icon of the source. The Ask Question is perfect for testing if everything was indexed correctly, maybe it just needed a few minutes before it was able to answer. Let me know if this issue still persists for you 🙂 https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1236319976755957801/1236432106775646288/image.png?ex=6637fca2&is=6636ab22&hm=a2c3e9ec99980bd4bb34a311ad33d19a1a8456fd0aebe8f229fd7d797097e936&

I don't see the dropdown of pages of websites, pretty certain I used to see it. The PDFs and text files don't have a green tick, but they are indexed as they show up in the Ask Question responses - as do the 'Wikipedia' tests I've done, just not the .com website I've added. Hence the reason I wanted to see what was indexed. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1236319976755957801/1236965596755656784/Screenshot_2024-05-06_at_09.46.08.png?ex=6639ed7b&is=66389bfb&hm=e808cef8d89ca141dd14e10ab49965ac44f7ee95e5e6b2c1df591e72889b4c06&
