KB fails to answer based on summary

Hello! I have a little problem. As seen on the screenshot, the bot knows the answer when you specify everything again, but KB fails when you mention something that is being talked about - sorry for bad explanation, the screenshot is pretty self explanatory. Any tips or ideas how to fix it? Hey! I watched EP27 where you demonstrate it a couple of times, but couldn't understand how I could do this with AI task and summary agent, can you direct me somewhere, perhaps you have another video explaining it?🙂

it isn't a feature that's added to your conversations, it's just working on its own

these questions it can answer perfectly, but only when constantly specifying what exactly is talekd about

instead of 'this product', can you just try something like 'what are its dimensions'?
Here, I tried in a lots of different ways including this one, but sadly they seem to not work.
Maybe it has to do something with lots of the agents being enabled or the fact that I use manual answering although I have no idea how the corefrence is built in so I can't comment.
Currently I am manually querying knowledge bases if that helps.
Oh and if you are interested in this issue and want to look deeper without having to wait my bum to take screenshots, I would happily give you access to the bot/workspace👍

hm.. can you try this similar query but without using the query KB cards, and just using a straight capture card w/ knowledge answering enabled?

Thank you so much, works perfectly now! One question, with the Query KB cards I would give prompts for the bot like in this screenshot. How would I be able to do the same with the capture cards? And was it even a good practice or should this be done by the personality agent? Okay, when I cant create my own prompt i have to make sure that for example it wont write a bad poem about the company or something similar that could damage the company rep? Are those measures built in? In my previous prompt I told the bot to never do things unrelated to support, but right now it writes poems if I ask it to.
I think custom prompts would be important for similar reasons - also in Voiceflow there are many different prompts you can edit so it would be awesome if Botpress did as well.
