My bot is live on webchat and was working completely fine until I switched it to the "new webchat" and now a blank conversation is triggered at least 3 times every minute. This has lead to my 2K Incoming Messages & Events quota being depleted and it still persists starting a conversation over and over again. Is this a known issue? And would it be possible to get my credit back for this bug?
