My bot is live on webchat and was working completely fine until I switched it to the "new webchat" and now a blank conversation is triggered at least 3 times every minute. This has lead to my 2K Incoming Messages & Events quota being depleted and it still persists starting a conversation over and over again. Is this a known issue? And would it be possible to get my credit back for this bug? Hey there I am sorry to hear about this. Could you export your bot to me in a DM so I can investigate this further?

I have the same question - in the meantime, can you try exporting your bot to another workspace and see what happens?

I got it up an running and published. No issues here.

thanks Decay! - @miniature-rain-64755 whenever you get a chance, try disconnecting the start node from your existing bot, and export it to a new workspace to see if the issue is resolved

Thanks guys, we did what you suggested and are still encountering the same problem. We have found that the issue happens only when using the "new webchat" but it is fine when we switch it back to "classic". Did you also have it deployed on the new webchat?
