Weird issue with KB tables?

Hello! Here you can see the exact same question asked the bot in English and in Estonian. I am asking about a products price, which is not included in my knowledge base table. As you can see the english version has "Answer not found in KB" written in the chat, which is how it should be. But when it comes to estonian, KB says it found the answer, but bot says "the answer is not provided in the context given" (in estonian). This poses an issue because I am using !turn.KnowledgeAgent.answer cards to direct the user forward when an answer is not found. Because of this issue, the user is directed further to the flow where it's expected that the KB succeeded to answer, while in reality it for some reason found something, labeled itself as "answer found" but gpt 3.5 understood that there is no answer in the context.
