hi guys I have a problem with the intent actually in the query knowledge base node I put a Ai task for the response and after that I put some Intent like logout and support for the user.After that I put a AI transition for the usery query. But whenever the user is asking a question related to user support like information about the support it always take the user to the support node not giving the user information about the support provided by the organisation. Sometimes when a user ask a question it takes the user to the logout node instead of answering user from the KB thought all the information is there in the KB...Please help me out
