what does your event debugger/logs tell you?

firstly this : [Capture] The capture card had no Prompt set. This should not happen, make sure to configure the card in the Studio. If this error persists, this is likely a bug – please contact the Botpress team. but idk why.. and then just that the capture failed: [Capture] Field extraction failed. Input: myemail@gmail.com then : [Capture] Extraction failed (0/2 attempts)
