Bot is skipping knowledge query cards like nothing

if you click into the warn error, what do you see?

this error that everyone is posting right now
but the issue is with the KB, it doesnt search at all

can you show me what's indicating to you that the KB isn't being searched?
the warn error is two lines below the above screenshot, by the way

I have asked what is the phone number, it is in kb 2 times 1 in a Q\A rich text and 2 is in a table to make sure

right, so just to clarify, it's not skipping your KBs, it's unable to find citations (for whatever reason)

yeah I'm trying to figure out the cause of the issue
but as we see above, it's not that your bot can't find the answer, it's that it's not storing citations (which is a different but still serious issue)

All my bots are acting like this
really strange thing
feels like there is no connection between the chat to the KB

they're certainly connected, it's that your bot doesn't have citations for its answer and therefore won't send a response it doesn't have confidence in
so the issue here looks like the bot isn't saving citations for an answer to a kb query

as you can see here @bumpy-butcher-41910 if finds it but skips like nothing..cant understand why it really worked wonderfully before. did not change anything there.
I have tested it today on our bot 20 times and only 2 times the kb look for info and give it..really weird thing (started after the last update)

That looks like a cached answer. Can you try with a slightly different query? Do you get the same issue?

Hi, I have the same problem but sometimes it reacts well and sometimes cannot store the citations - dont know why. Sometimes it is enough to change the first letter from the query to make it working but this is not the right solution...😅 bcs costumers wont know this
