Hi, guys, I have a team that works on the same bot, and we are having trouble when multiple users access the chatbot UI. Looks like that all changes that someone did are lost. Is this expected?

Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. It appears to me that only one user, in one browser window, can develop on a bot at a given time, without risking collisons / work loss

indeed, we don't support simultaneous collaboration across browsers
the Studio should float a warning to unlock one window and lock another user out, not unlike Webflow, for instance
did this happen?

This warning did not appear to me
A problem that sometimes happens in my case is that I leave the chatbot tab opened (I rarely close it), and a colleague might open the chatbot in his browser. In this case, I think no warning is raised, even if I reopen the tab again.

we're currently working on a better way to support simultaneous collaboration, but for now I'll just gently remind you to close the tab if possible 😛

yeah, that's what I try to do, but sometimes I forget 😢 . But it is good to know that you're thinking about it!
