Im guessing this might be something obvious but my KB is not being used in my chatbot. Actually no KB is being recognised.

Hey there,
The issue is that its not querying the KB, because it doesn't recognize your message as a question. You can try asking it something like "Can you give me a list of dentists?" that should work.
You can use the "Query Knowledge Bases" card, if you want to always query the KB.
