try to send a reportID maybe it's the best solution

Maybe a figured out... it has no citation when the response is generated based on the prompt and not based on the KB... so for example when I have "greet the user when he says hello" in the prompt -> it shows that it has no citation, bcs it is generated just by gpt. So the solution that I have right now is copied information from prompt to KB rich text, so it can citate it 😅
