I've been encountering this same issue. My KB data is not formatted in bullet points, and I have specific instructions in the KB agent to "never" format the reply using bullet points, and to remove them if present. Despite this, the KB Agent will often format its reply in bullet points, sometimes as a single bullet point which looks odd and jarring. I could use an additional AI task after each KB query to remove bullet points if they exist, but AI tasks are slow and I am reluctant to make the bot slower than it already is. Does anyone have additional ideas about how to prevent the KB agent from formatting its replies with bullet points?
