I have a question about using the Knowledgebase. Does the quality of the answers vary depending on whether the information is obtained via the sitemap option from your site compared to manually inputting the information in a document or Rich Text format? If it matters to the answer, the scraping of the URLs from the sitemap looks pretty good when I inspect them.
