Hi. I have my WhatsApp bot working perfectly. I have added a new functionality so if the user question includes word "freakcon" I try to get the info directly from my Knowledbe Base called FreakCon. My problem is that first time user asks a question with "freakcon" word I always get this message: Skipping KB agent because the user did not send a message I have tried using an AI Task to convert user question from WhatsApp into a well formed question but I always get the same message. I upload an image about my Query Knowledge Base and the AI Task. I'm using GPT4-o as Best Model. First time I ask I get the skipping KB agent message but if I ask again I get an aswer. Don't know where is the problem.
