So my usage in my botpress dashboard for 'incoming messages/events' has been stuck at 5.8K of 12K for the past few days despite having 100's of users pass through and use the deployed bot. This is a concern as I now have no way of knowing when I might be reaching my max allowed messages of 12k so that I can bump up my allowance if required.

Hey, could you send your workspaceId? or your email and workspace name would also do the trick. I'll have a look to see if it's juste a UI bug

Hi Chris, I have the same issue here. I created a new account and published a new bot. Users have been interacting with this bot, but my dashboard for 'incoming messages/events' is empty. Any help?
