Hi, I have only activated personality agent. Do you mean this? "And is there a way to customize the cancel intent Message? My Bot is in German and the message is in English, how can I fix this?"
unfortunately the personality agent does not overwrite the cancellation message..

This is a cutout of a part where the user has to input his data, don't know how this should help in solving the problem tbh, maybe I understood you wrong. So basically setup a intent trigger for the "cancel" intent

I see. You can use "Intent" transition to achieve this...This video talks about setting up the intent and using that intent for transiting to another node/workflow.

is there a way to manage it globally? It kind of fixes the problem, but I think a global solution for the whole bot would be more intuitive 🙂 maybe a feature request?
