Hi, I'm trying to capture user's feedback after they timeout, the first question is to ask them to rate and second is give some suggestion. I try to simulate on the emulator, it seems like it wont show the first question, after I type something, the second questions pop up. Hey there, This is a bad idea. It will create an infinite loop and the chat will never end unless the user ends it. The capture information card restarts the timeout so after x minutes it will go through the timeout flow again. This will use up all of your incoming messages and events
