I would like that my pricing gets updated automatically if I for example add a new bot to my workspace. Sometimes I work through the api but I don't want things to stop just because I have to manually upgrade to pay one more dollar a month.. If this feature is definitely not gonna be implemented but somehow we could figure out a deal with my account I would love someone from Botpress to get in touch!

Automatic payment updates can be problematic, a bad deal.

It sounds good for bigger businesses with many bots, but it's difficult to control them. It would be minimal to have the possibility to configure notifications for specific usage percentages, like sending me a message when the bot reaches 90% of the monthly subscription.
