Is it possible to make intervention of human chat within the chat between the bot and the user?

yeah - Botpress currently supports Virtual agent handovering to real agents using Zendesk https://botpress.com/docs/cloud/agent-handoff/zendesk/

Sorry to hear that. You can still make modifications to achieve handover to other platforms....The one with Zendesk is the only documentation we got so far about this topic.

Im actually exploring a ReTool enviroment to build an inbox to see all conversations and manually answer when needed, similar that what you want to do avoiding zendesk. But im still exploring the apis to do so. not very sure if should use converse API (im on Cloud) or Botpress API via create message. But ReTool have proven to be very useful.

Hello, what did you guys end up doing to transfer the conversation to a human? I would like to hear from your experience. There's also an opensource solution called Chatwoot that is very solid and supports multiple agents. https://www.tawk.to also seems very promising due to its pricing.
