Hi I have a few questions I was hoping someone could help with please:
1. Do we need to buy openAI credits through botpress or can we connect to our own openAI API (we have credits we can use with them we'd rather use than buy new ones)
2. What is the benefit of having more than 1 bot (customer support use case) - needed for concurrent conversations etc?
3. If we link the bot to our knowledgebase, will it just scrape and learn itself or do we need to do more training.
4. As we update the KB, will the bot learn scrape and learn the new information or do we need to manually rescrape the new information?
