1. We can use our own openAI credits
2. Additional bots would be for different use cases, for example we might have a sales focused bot that drives customers towards a sign up or demo on the website, and a more customer support focused one once a client has already signed up?
3/4. OK so we can link to the KB. It will automatically update, but we may need to fine tune it?
Is that correct?

05/29/2024, 10:03 AMThere is no direct integration with your own openAI account (not to my knowledge anyway) , so you can use your openAI credits by making API calls in the bot workflow (that's not a direct integration )
