This morning I can no longer see my previous changes for 3 days. Published version remained the same. Could someone please help me recover lost changes? How that could happen. I want to prevent that it will not happen again.

Did you have the studio open in more than one tab, or on more than one machine? Work loss as you describe can happen if the studio is open in multiple tabs / computers / users (tho there is usually a warning at the top of the screen when that is the case)

It is hard to say now if there were multiple tabs, I guess yes, but I didn't press the button to enable it. Anyways @wonderful-wolf-37241 is it possible to recover my changes? At least the published version? Here is my incident ID: report_01HZ1G1V2K3ZKV1BG0M71CQ4H6

unfortunately it doesn't seem like it, the advice to only keep one tab of the studio for any of your chatbot is good to prevent the same issue on the future

@proud-eye-26408 yes I will try to keep only one tab opened in the future. But now I lost quite a few updates in my code and it still exists in my published bot. Is it really not possible to get currently published version of bot?

this report doesn't have the bots exported, could you try again and click on export the bots

I just checked with the team, unfortunately this feature hasn't been made public yet. I don't know when it will be released but I'll inform you once it is

I tried to load the bot from my account but didn't see the changes. I checked again with the team and this feature is not coming to the public soon. If I were in your place I wouldn't rely on this, sorry you have to do this work twice 😦
