I tried to open many of them. Hi, I didn't check all bots - I noticed this some time ago and didn't check waiting for fixes, but now it's still there. I will check other bots.

are you using chrome as a browser?

Clicking randomly on Webchat links in Conversation I found only one that worked. Most of them don't work.
I use Brave on one computer and chrome on the other one

could you go on a conversation page where you get an error and do ctrl + shift + J
and pane should popup
and it will most likely have red text, could you send me a screenshot of that?

There are too many what I noticed recently. I struggle right now with the cards not finishing in order. Don't know how it's possible that: node3 with Text card can execute after Node1 with text card
The order of sending messages to the user is not the one that is designed in a bot - don't know how it's possible.

would you be willing to invite me to your workspace? If I can get the error on my end it would be a lot easier to understand and fix it

@plain-lifeguard-16679 , whenever you have time, can you explain how to avoid hitting 30s timeout on the card? I think once or twice AI took longer and I got that error. There was information that the card would continue if the user interacted with the bot, but the user didn't know what to do. I know there is information saying Waiting for user input but that is not easy to recognize/notice. How to deal with this situation in a better way - guide user what to do and what happened, like an exception workflow or something like that.

Hey thanks for you help, I have found the issue and have been able to replicate it on my own bot. I will deploy a fix tomorrow 🙂
