I wanted another agent to manually respond after leads have made the booking so i dont want the bot from responding ever again. For reference, i connnected an Assistant API from OPEN AI to my bot to act a appointment setter. But i dont want it interfering the message after booking , for at least after 7 days. Anyone with the same use case?

yes but is there any other way to just make the bot from stop responding for more than 24 hrs
