Hi Botpress, It takes 12 to 18 seconds for the bot to respond. Every message (card) takes this long. However, every bot is different: some are fast, some are unimaginably slow. It's slow to start, but then every node move (or card move within a node) is incredibly slow, taking 10+ seconds. Could you take a look at my bot? May I ask you if you have a translation enabled on all of them (Translation Agent)?

We have issues currently with the cognitive api. A fix is being deployed currently, everything should be back in order soon

@plain-lifeguard-16679 Glad to hear the issue has been identified. 😃 By the way, is it still being deployed? I'm in South Korea, and there's still 16-25 second pauses in the middle of the conversation. (not happening on all nodes/conversations, but on cards like single choice)
