Stability and reliability of Botpress

I have been playing around with Botpress for some days now and was pretty amazed about the codeless experience provided. However, I am quite uncertain about implementing a bot into our production systems. There are several concerns which came up during the past days, especially the unreliability of the system, which seems to change or stop working on a random base. Translations suddenly stop working, the bot sometimes follows the workflow as intended but sometimes not, and just a minute ago I received answers from my bot not only in the wrong language, but based on a knowledge base which is definitely not mine. Am I doing something wrong here? Do I need to purchase a premium package (which I would be more than willing to!) or is this the weakness of this new technology?

Exactly the same issue with me, can relate.
I spent 1-2 months building and learning the platform only to find myself and my more experienced developer also telling me he finds it too unreliable for production.
Everything else I love about botpress, but this is a huge issue they need to adress in my opinion.
I wondered maybe it is something related to location. Botpress should be in Canada if I am not mistaken? i am from estonia and my dev is from Serbia and we are having the same problems
My biggest issue was that the KB randomly stops working sometimes without changing anything and when I leave it alone for a day, it appears to be able to answer everything it was not the last day.
@fresh-fireman-491 hey, do you happen to have any idea? Have you had any of these issues?

I am on a long holiday right now, so I haven't used Botpress in a couple of weeks
